Marketproof is operated by Nikolay Belov (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age to enter a binding agreement (or have authority to bind your organization).

Marketproof is an idea evaluation studio: it scores business ideas across market dimensions using AI-assisted research, and produces reports with cited evidence, competitor analysis, and pricing tests. Evaluations are research assistance, not financial, investment, or legal advice. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for verifying any output before acting on it.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access through the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

You must not misuse the service, including:

• Unlawful use, fraud, or spam;
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others;
• Interfering with security or integrity of the service (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits);
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service;
• Using AI outputs to produce illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or malware.

You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for having the rights to any content you submit, and for how you use the outputs.

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information. You retain ownership of the ideas and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

We retain all ownership of the service and its IP, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. Reports we generate for you may be used and shared by you freely.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these terms. Rights holders may contact us to report infringing content; repeated infringement leads to termination.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your access ends; you may request an export of your saved ideas and reports within 30 days, after which data may be deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in its courts.
