Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase — a single report or a Pro subscription — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team and we will handle it for you. Paddle's Refund Policy applies to the processing of your request.

For Pro subscriptions, you can also cancel at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the paid period and no further renewals are charged. Cancelling stops future billing; if you also want a refund for the current period, request one within the 30-day window above.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
